Fabulous solargraph. How long was the exposure?
Thanks so much Simon!
This solargraph was taken from my apartment from 17 February 2013 until 21 June 2013.
Hang on to something!
yes indeed, solar wind is really strong in Barcelona
Wow, this is amazing.
Thanks a lot, Karen!!
Great photo, very very cool. Do you live in BCN? My boyfriend and I are playing a concert of Irish music this Saturday, 20th July – a la plaça davant el Centre Cívic Can Basté (Pg. Fabra i Puig 274) – Entrada Gratuïta.
We will play at 22.25 – fiddle and concertina. And I think we might play in the Cheers-Irish pub on Sunday. Would be great to meet you.
Thanks so much, Susan!!
I do live in BCN; in fact, the above solargraph was taken from the balcony of my apartment.
It is a real pity that we can’t meet on Saturday nor Sunday as we are flying to Manchester on Saturday the 20th.

My goodness, this is so stunning!! How do you decide on the exposure time?
The exposure time has to be with the number of “sun lines” that you want to see in the picture. I have made pictures for six months or for 1 month or even several days. The technique is very simple and funny. You may take a look at this website http://www.solarigrafia.com/solarigrafia_solargraphy/Solarigrafia_Solargraphy.html
